It is our pleasure to cordially invite you to attend the RAES-ESS 2023 International Joint Meeting, which will be held between 31 October and 03 November, at Crowne Plaza Hotel Bucharest, Romania.
We are beyond honoured to host, for the first time in Romania, the Annual Meeting of the European Society of Surgery. Its 25th edition will be proudly accompanied by our traditional national events: the 12th National Congress of the Romanian Association for Endoscopic Surgery and Other Interventional Techniques, the 14th Romanian Symposium of Bariatric and Metabolic Surgery, the 4th Romanian Symposium of Robotic Surgery.
The core theme that will connect the national and international medical communities, Reshaping MIS through education, provides the perfect setting for an exciting, thought provoking and stimulating event. Our goal is to design a scientific program that will initiate an interdisciplinary dialogue and will provide answers and, perhaps, solutions to the ongoing challenges of the present.
Embracing change, navigating the intricacies of innovation and fostering education have been on RAES’s agenda for the last 20 years. This RAES-ESS Joint Meeting is yet another opportunity to advance the field of MIS and extend the learning possibilities for the young generations of our specialties.
Without further ado, we look forward to welcoming you to Romania, a place of vivid, contrasting realities that we hope you will get a chance to discover and experience to the fullest.

Registration to the RAES-ESS 2023 International Joint Meeting will be done exclusively online, by filling in the registration form available below.

All registration fees include VAT 19%.
* Members are considered those participants who can prove the payment for the current year for the membership fee of any organizing society, respectively: The Romanian Association for Endoscopic Surgery, The European Society of Surgery and The Romanian Society for Metabolic Surgery.
The participant registration fee includes:

(2) Name badge & printed mini-brochure including the scientific program

(4) Access to the Welcome Networking Reception
(5) Access to coffee breaks
(6) Electronic participation document with ECMEC / CME credits issued by the authorized institutions.
*Students will be granted an electronic certificate of attendance without CME credits.
Note:
Participants who are on the companies / agencies group lists have the obligation to personally fill in the online registration form and to express their agreement / disagreement regarding the personal data processing. If agreement will not be offered in the registration form, the group participants will be unable to attend the event, to receive information about RAES-ESS 2023 International Joint Meering, with the Organizers being unable to submit the necessary information to the authorized accreditation institutions.
